We are looking for Downsizing Divas in Vaughan, Niagara, Hamilton, Halton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Ottawa, North of GTA, Guelph, Cambridge, Kingston, London and Scarborough.
Downsizing Diva is a territory-based franchise; each Diva has a geographical area in which to build relationships and provide services. Territory boundaries are based on a number of variables including population, demographics and retirement residences.
As a company, we are committed to strategic growth to ensure our specialized move management services are available to older adults across the country.
How much does it cost?
An exclusive Downsizing Diva franchise territory is priced at $27,500. Monthly Royalty + Advertising Fund payments currently total just $1,435 per month and are discounted to, as little as, $700 per month for the first year.
What about training?
Franchisee training includes a combination of recorded classes, interactive video sessions and on-the-job experience.
You will learn everything you will need to know about being a Senior and Specialized Move Manager, from operations, to sales and marketing, to age-sensitivity training, to technology. By the time you are awarded your purple feather boa and are Diva-Certified, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running!
Is there competition?
Competition is a good thing because it increases public awareness of the senior and specialized move management industry. There are independent service providers supporting seniors in communities across the country.
